Mailchimp: Custom Links

I'm looking to do something similar to this:

    https://www.typeform.com/help/automated-hidden-fields-with-mailchimp/

I've heard that the dynamic naming isn't possible with JotForm and that's fine, but I would like to populate that info into a hidden field so that I can see where each answer came from. i.e., I want to send my Mailchimp subs for feedback and know who answered which without having to ask all the details I have already about them.

Related to this -- if this is possible, I have an addition to this. Assuming this is possible in JotForm, can I embed the JotForm in my landing page and send those details to the embed somehow? Like so: https://www.typeform.com/help/use-hidden-fields-embedded-typeforms/

Sorry for the Typeform links, I've been using them recently and I'm testing the possibility of moving over to JotForm, but answers to these questions are essential. :)

You can populate a form by using URL parameters.

    For example:

    Instructions here:

Yes if you embed your form in a landing page the parameter will be passed through to the page which in turn will populate your form.

For example you can see this working on my server.
