Payment submission limit

I received a notification that I have reached my payment submission limit. I'm unsure exactly what this means. I have the bronze plan which allows for 10 monthly payments but I regularly collect more than 10 PayPal payments with no issues. What exactly is considered a payment submission and do I need to upgrade my account?

Here's the difference between submissions and payment submissions:

Submissions Received (monthly): This is the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis. The count covers the calendar date which means 1st day to last day of the month.

Payment Submissions (monthly): This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. You can check this guide on how to create a payment/order form. So for example, we have Paypal payment integration on our form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it and successfully completed the payment, then that would be counted as a payment submission.

We have recently changed our payment submission limit for each plan. You can see the changes in the Pricing Page.

You will need to upgrade your account to increase your payment submission limit per month.
