Autoresponder emails are not being received upon approval or denial

    Hello, 

    I have created the form titled "Purchase Request Form". I am having some issues I hope that you can help me work out. I have created two autoresponder emails, one for if the submitting user request is approved, and one for if it is denied. However, those emails are not being received upon approval or denial. Are you able to assist?

    I assume that one of those emails should be sent once a submission is edited. 

    I inspected your Autoresponder Email settings and Send on Edit option is set to NO.

    To resolve the issue, you need to set Send on Edit to YES
