For my own confirmation does this mean we can encrypt PDFs we send to responders.

1)Would this work to enforce responders to encrypt uploaded PDFs before they respond?

2)Can we password protect the PDF's provided on the responses?

For your question 1 and 2. You can insert a PDF version of the data with password in your autoresponder.

I'm not sure I understood your question on uploaded PDF, are you referring to upload files?

Do note that the PDF attachment added is the submission data but on PDF format.

Email notification and autoresponder  both  has the enable password protection feature.

    Hope this information helps.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you.

What if I wanted to provide a form for the responders to fill out? Something separate from the responses?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understood your question correctly. Can you please give us more information, on how you want your form to work? Do you want to add a form in your autoresponder? Or are you referring to PDF forms?

Do note that PDF forms and the PDF attachment are two different things.

The PDF attachment are submission data that are converted into PDF format while the PDF form are forms that are converted to PDF.

    Hi Richie,

I was hoping to be able for the responder to attach a PDF as part of their response but have the PDF they provide encrypted.

Unfortunately, there is no option encrypt files that are uploaded,

although when the form is submitted, you can encrypt the submissions.
