We use JotForm to allow our customers to register and pay for classes in our program. We also have a waiver that needs to be signed by each applicant.
I am considering Adobe Sign to collect online signed waiver forms. It is not clear if I should imbed the waiver form in the application form, or include a link to the waiver form in the confirmation email.
Any guidance or examples of how other organizations have implemented this would be very helpful.
