Whenever I add a new email address to the notification section the old e-maila address I have over rides it. I have sent many test e-mails and they all go to the old email address even though the new e-mail address is displayed. How do I fix this.

You have to make an actual submissions with your live form to make it work. "Test email" function would only send notification messages to the email address that's associated on your account not on the form recipient's addresses. We have to do this to stop abusive users who uses this function for sending spams.
