    Users are able to click the submit button when without entering anything in the form.

    Form location:

    Embed code: <script type="text/javascript" src="//"></script>

    Platform: Wordpress

    I have another form in this domain ( and it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you,

    The said form must be having conflicts with other scripts on your site, causing the validation script to malfunction. Can you please try re-embedding the form, this time using the iFrame embed method?

    Please do inform us how it goes from here on out.

    Best regards

    That works, thank you. But I'd like to know why the other form works? Both are "page" types with the same code, except diff form. Could it be that my "feedback" form (Apply Now! button on top of that page) is conflicting?

    <script src="//" type="text/javascript">

      new JotformFeedback({

         formId : "13192654704",

         buttonText : "Rent-to-Own Full Application",

         base : "",

         background : "#F59202",

         fontColor : "#FFFFFF",

         buttonSide : "bottom",

         buttonAlign : "right",

         type : false,

         width : 700,

         height : 500

    That script is on every page of my site.

    Possibly, so embedding your form with iframe code should fixed it since the form loads in an iframe. I'd also suggest to re-embed your other form using iframe code to avoid any possible script conflicts. Your wp site has bunch of script codes and some of it are jquery so a possible conflict may occur. Embedding your form using iframe should shield your form from these scripts.
