Submissions: Partial data accessible?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to view partial submissions if the forms are set up with the save and return function that utilizes Session ID.

For example, if somebody filled out page 1, but page 2 is blank, am I able to see that?

Yes, you will receive a notification email when your form is submitted and you can view your submission using that.
