downgrade my account

    Hi there... 


    I only intended to upgrade my account for one month (5 months ago now i think), but i keep forgetting to downgrade and i have just auto-renewd again this morning. 

    Would it be possible to cancel that payment and downgrade or can you restore it back to the premium account and continue to use the company credit card rather than my paypal account starting from next month? 

    obviously if possible id rather not pay for this month, but please let me know whats possible.

    Hi Andy, 

    We should be able to cancel of that 'Professional' subscription, refund todays payment and revert you back to Premium (on your companies card).

    I will forward your request onto an Admin to get that sorted out for you. 

    They are little busy at the moment, but will deal with this request over the next couple of days, I just ask for you to be a little patient, I am sure we can get this sorted out satisfactorily for you.

    Hello Andy!

    I have downgraded your account to Premium and a prorrated refund of $40 USD have been applied.  You should see it reflected in your credit card in about 10 days

    On regards to changing the payment method, please click on the link that comes at the bottom in the email from FastSpring (our payment gateway) , in order to update it with the Company's credit card
