    If i upgrade can I have a white label option for my forms which will include my logos

    my urls etc ?

    Is this a option for your tools which are really excellent.

    Premium & Professional accounts have pretty much the same featureset as FREE accounts, except they obviously have submission limits and get priorty support.


    What logos do you mean? You can customize most things on JotForm under any account type anyway.

    You can even use a custom domain for your form URLs as explained here:

    Another option you could consider is a licensing the JotForm Engine which you can host on your own server. Please review this for more details on that:

    Quick response guys ... When I add the form to some of my clients websites

    the jotform logo appears on the emails .If I upgrade is that removed with my own logo ?

    I'm sure I can answer your question;

    Click on the form you would like to edit > Click 'Email Alerts' > 'Notification' - this is the email your clients will recieve when someones submits their information via your form. Just change that to how you would like it.

    You can customize the notification in its own html editor as much as you want whether you are a subscriber or not. 

    Let us know if you run into any problems finding the notification composition editor or have any problems using it.

    its a little complex, but setting up the domain alias on your webserver is explained here:
