I created a form, but when someone submits the form, only the the text they enter shows on their submission. I want all the text on the form that I created to show, even if it is just a header. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to show all text on their submission.
First click on your form, then click on SUBMISSION and then the submission window will open. Then check/uncheck field you want to show:Also, in SETTINGS >> FORM SETTINGS >> on Clear Hidden Field Values, set Don't Clear
