lost private key

Unfortunately, when you lose your private key, there is no way to recover it as we don't store or back up it at our end. Also, we can't recover your data because it's encrypted with RSA algorithms which can only be decrypted by using your private key.

I suggest you to check downloads folder of your computer as you might have downloaded it before. If you can't find it, the best solution would be removing encryption from your forms, re-encrypting them and backing up your new private key.
