How to change the form page title?

Bom dia,

Dupliquei um formulário e quando partilho o link no facebook aparece o nome do formulário original e não o nome do novo formulário.

Como posso resolver este problema?

You need to update the page title from your Form Settings, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form 

When you test again, make sure to do it in a different browser, or clear your browsers cache. Let us know if you need more help.
