Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    Hello,

    I had to create a new account to try and submit a ticket. My other account is locked and when I tired to submit a ticket it was stuck on "Please wait" I tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

    Here is my issue:

    User: steph_pts

    My account is suspended because of the "PTS Machines" Form I created.

    I didn't realize the password field was violating the Terms of Service.

    I cannot go in and delete the form myself because the account is locked. Please delete the form and I will remember to not make this mistake again.

    I deleted your "PTS Machines" form that was violating out Terms of use

    Your account steph_pts is now active.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue with my account (even being stuck on "Please Wait"), although I am not sure what I did wrong to the form.
