Create a form where employees sign up for volunteer project.

There will be AM and PM shifts for 4 days.  I need the form to be active and live as folks sign up BUT also need a limit set for AM and PM shifts (10 max per shift).  How do I create such a form?

To modify the appointment slots widget you need to select it by clicking on it. Then open the wizard (magic wand icon). From there you should see the appointment times. The number inside the curly braces is the count.
