Our clients are having issues with our form not accepting their credit card info.

    If I manually input their CC info in the Square desktop app, it works fine. Do I need to contact Square or is this on Jotforms end?

    Your payment field is in live mode, and it is connected to Square. Are they getting an error message?

    When the submit button is pressed, an error message occurs and the CC area is highlighted.

    May you please kindly check the console report and see if there are errors?
