Sending Confirmation Emails - Only send email on second form, with values from first and second form.

    Hi,

I have a three form chain of events that customers have to fill out:

    1. First, customers have to fill out a questions form.

    2. Next, they must review and e-sign an agreement.

    3. Finally, once they sign the agreement, they are sent to the "checkout" page.

Here's my issue:  Customers are receiving an email confirmation with a copy of the agreement they signed BEFORE they have paid (i.e., since signing the agreement is step before checkout).

Is there a way to set conditions so that the email confirmation with the agreement is ONLY sent AFTER the customers has paid?

The concern is that the customer can sign the agreement and not pay.

Thank and sorry for the lack of clarity.

    Hi,
What im trying to do is have a confirmation email be sent only when two different forms in a series have been filled out (not just one).

You can simply delete the autoresponder email on the agreement form so nothing will be sent to your customers on this stage.

As for the autoresponder email on checkout form, if I understand it correctly, you would want to include in the email the copy of the filled out agreement form. By default, it is not possible to include another form's value into a separate form.

As a workaround, you can add all the fields from the agreement form into the checkout form and set it all to hidden. Then, when you give a link to your customers for the checkout form, please follow this guide to prepopulate the hidden agreement field. Once you have all the agreement form fields into the checkout form, you can then edit your autoresponder email to include the agreement values.
