Need to know where (wich origin URL) are we getting the submissions from

Hello,

Need your help/knowledge/wisdom with something, we have a Form that we will be using in many Landings, from different campaigns, and then adding deals in our CRM using integration vía Zapier.

But we need to be able to identify the Landing from where the submission was made, and adding this origin to our CRM with Zapier.

How can we do this? Adding a URL tag for example idk.

There are 2 JotForm widgets that does this. You can use either.

1. Get Form Page URL widget

2. Get Referrer widget
