Are your MySQL secure? When we create a database are we the only one who have access to the data or does JotForm have access too?

    Thank you for contacting us.

The data is completely secure, but the JotForm Team has the access for administrative purposes. For example, we may open your Submissions page when you ask for support and that access is required for troubleshooting.

We do not claim ownership of any users' data, and we do not provide such data to any 3rd party companies.

If this is not enough for you business, you may consider our JotForm Application License solution, it allows you to host the JotForm Application on your own server.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.

We are happy to announce that we have released Jotform Webhooks,  this feature would replace Send Post Data + Custom URL Thank You Page workaround in order to help you transfer forms data to your own database using your own script codes.
