I have a Taxi Service website in NEW York in the United States and I collect information for booking purpose from customers as shown on the my website page using Jotform, you will see it when you click the page. Even thought we are located in USA we have some customers from Europe specially in the summer? I know Jotform is a GDPA compliant but is there anything I have to do for my website or Taxi booking form to make it safe? Thank you.

Jotform is a GDPR compliant form builder. Yes, you need the DPA since you are collecting data from EU citizens. You need it just in case concern agencies will ask you about your compliance with the GDPR. You can tell them that you are using Jotform forms to collect the data, and we are compliance with it then you can send them the signed DPA.
