How Can I Import a Form Instead of Creating my Own?

    Hi,

    Please follow the below steps to import your form:

    First, in your JotForm account click 'Create Form':

    Second, from the opened page, choose a template:

    Finally, in the upcoming page, please enter the URL of your form to import:
