Why is it displaying submission space error on my account?

My account has no form on it but, still says I am out of Submission space?? The must be an error?

I have checked your account and see that there are no active forms and the submission storage is currently occupied by 501 submissions. These submissions must be the one from the forms that are existing in Trash/Archive folders. Please note that the submissions of the forms in the trash folder are also counted since they can be restored along with the form. If you do not need these submissions, you may consider restoring the form and then delete the submissions to clear the storage space.
