I'm not receiving emails about submissions at all

    I have two live forms both with submissions but haven't received any email notifications. Have I done something wrong?

    Your email address was in the bounce list due to the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-': invalid address'

    I have now removed it so it should be working fine by now. In order to avoid this issue from happening again, you may whitelist JotMail IP's to your email provider side.
