My embedded form mysteriously disappears in Chrome

When the page opens, I see my form for a second, and then it disappears. This only seems to happen in Chrome. On the same webpage, there is a tab for Corporate Clients, when you click on that, that form shows up fine.

    Please help. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have checked the page you shared using Chrome and can see both forms being displayed:

Were you able to resolve the issue?

Please test your web page again and get back to us if you still need help.

    Thank you.

    Hi Victoria,

Yes, I was able to make it work through the Iframe code. But the embed code does not work. Just a little strange that it worked fine before with the embed code, and now it does not. So the "Private Clients" form is using the Iframe code, and the "Corporate Client" form is using the embed code. At least it's working, but it just makes my OCD uncomfortable that there's an inconsistency. :)

The default embed method uses JavaScript and when something doesn't work normally as it should when a form is embedded on a website, it's most likely due to a script conflict. Our usual recommendation for these instances is the exact thing you just did - Use the iframe embed codes since these work most of the time.
