How to send reminder email to registrants

    Can I send a confirmation email to everyone (at the same time) that registered for my event?  I would like to send it as a reminder to each person as to what they signed up for and add some additional information.  Is this only possible to do one at a time, or can I send it to everyone at the same time?

    You can send a reminder email to everyone (at the same time) that submitted data to your form. We have an app called Jotform Email Newsletters that allows you to select one or more forms, and send an email to everyone that filled out your form. You can read more about this app here:

    What you can also do is to set your form's auto-responder email to send emails to everyone at a certain data, as you can see by the screencast below:

    Thank you for the information. If I follow the screencast below and choose to send it right away, will it send to everyone that has already registered? Or will it only send to new people that register after I create the email responder?

    The setting will only take effect to those new submissions.

    So what does this setting do? Last night I set it to send at a later date, today’s date. Who is it going to send to? It won’t send to everyone that has already registered? Even thought is says “Users can receive reminder emails many days after they fill a form”.

    The Send Emails Later option will send an email for those NEW submissions.

    If you previously had Send Emails Later = "Right Away", then all submissions BEFORE the setting was changed to later date, already had their email sent to them RIGHT AFTER they submitted their form.

    Good News. This feature is available now. You can check the further details on the following user guide:

    However, this feature does not check if the recipient fills the form or not. If the recipient fills your form and if you do not want that recipient to receive reminder email, you need to delete that recipient from the setting.
