I would like to unsubscribe & the link on the emails to do so, does not allow me to do so.

Hi Crystal,
I have checked your account. You are on the FREE PLAN and you don't have any forms in it.
If you want to uncheck JotForm Branding, you can't do that because you are on the FREE PLAN. https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
If you want you can uncheck Subscriptions from JotForm.
