Form submissions arent being forwarded to my email address

This is the URL where the form resides:
http://www.yanmoadetula.com/contact.html
Test emails are forwarded to my email address 'yanmo@yanmoadetula.com however submissions form the above URL arent being sent to the email address.

The Test Email function in the Email Alerts screen can only send to the address associated to your JotForm account.
This restriction was put in place to prevent abuse from spammers. To test if your newly added recipient emails are working, you must send a real submission to your live form.
