Hello JotForm Team,
i have regist here with my Account Name DrDrake, but, i forgot my password. When i use the Button for Password forgot than it stands that i will become a Mail, but i dont become one... My E-Mail Adress is "Andreas020@web.de"
Hope you can help me.

According to our records the username DrDrake has a different email address associated to it's account, the instructions to reset the password is sent to this email address anfrage@w************c.com . You can check that email address to reset the password for your JotForm account.

Hey, ah okay the Problem is, that E-Mail has my friend, can you change it to my old E-Mail Andreas020@web.de?

I'm sorry but for security reasons I'm afraid I am not able to do that. You can only change the email address once you have logged in and go to the Account settings from there the option to change the email address is available. I suggest to get in touch with your friend to complete the reset of password and then once you have access to the account then you can change the email address.
