    How can i create a pdf of a form I have created

    When I right clcik on a form and select 'create pdf form' I am taken to a webpage which says. Does anyne know how I can create a pdf of a form I have created.

    The website cannot display the page
     HTTP 500
      Most likely causes: The website is under maintenance. The website has a programming error.

    I've searched our database for any form created under your email address and username
    but found none.

    Were you able to save the form before saving it as PDF file if so can you post the url
    of the form (e.g. http://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxxxxx) so that I could take a look at it?
