Subscription: Upgraded to SIlver but current plan is still Bronze

    I have signed up for the silver account and I am having customers sending me messages that my forms are not working.

    Your killing my business.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    As I check your account,  you have upgraded your subscription to Silver on May 21,2018. Unfortunately, your account was also upgraded to Bronze Yearly on May 27,2018.

    You need to cancel your Bronze Yearly Subscription as it is the current plan in your account.

    Make sure you cancel only the Bronze subscription, after cancelling the subscription you can contact us again to process the refund.

    Your account is now switched to Silver subscription plan. I have sent a request to our manager to refund the last charge on Bronze subscription plan. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
