How can I get my changes to appear on the online form?

Asked by genierose on November 18, 2012 at 10:10 PM

    I have a contact form at http://buybeepollen.com/contact.htm

I notices that the field were not required fields so I changed them to all be required. The change does not appear online.

Things I have tried: F5, ctrl f5, added www to the source code (embed).

I have looked at this on two computers and the changes do not show but they do show on jotform and on the jotform preview.

    Thank you for your help.

Since you're using the form's full code in that page, none of the changes made in the form builder will appear on the page unless the current code there is replaced with the updated one from the form builder. To avoid that hassle, I would suggest substituting the iFrame code for the full souirce code.

Please have a look at this user guide about the pros and cons of the various embed methods.
