Submit button: Stuck on please wait

    Hello,

    After hitting submission button, form get stuck in 'Please wait...' mode.

    Thanks for your help.

    I see the problem. On submission the form says Please wait... and nothing else happens.

    I cloned your form and enabled encryption. And the form worked.

    Can you try disabling encryption? And try again.

    But first please check you have a copy of your private key safe. So that you can re-encrypt your data. If you don't have a private key please don't disable encryption. Because you wont be able to access your encrypted submissions.
