Account: Scheduled to downgrade

    Dear Jotform

    We are a registered charity and have used your free Jotform service for one event and would expect to receive about 75 submissions for this event. When designing the form I included the upload unlimited images option and this very soon took us over the 100mb limit. To keep the form "live" I paid a months bronze subscription and asked how I could revert to the Free service. I was advised to delete all the submissions (having downloaded them first).

    I have now done that and we are well within the 100mb limit but I have received your request for a second payment for the Bronze subscription

    Is there anything you can do to help

    Your account is scheduled to downgrade to the FREE plan on the 10th June 2018. So you can ignore any Bronze payment requests. Everything looks fine with your account. And if you encounter any issues you can get back to us anytime.

    Note that if you do need a paid plan again in the future, you could apply for the 50% non profit discount. Assuming you are a non profit charity?
