Unable to extract submissions.

    I have a Jotform that we use for registerering customer who have cancelled their subscription with us. The form has about 13000 submissions, i am unable to extract those submissions to excel or CSV. The processing screen just keeps rolling and the submissions never gets downloaded.


    Has the form had to many submissions or what is the problem here?

    Hi Søren Kirkager,

    Haven't you tried downloading your form submissions by monthly? Please check this guide on how to do that;


    It's by downloading your form submissions on "Custom Time Frame", Selecting the Start Date and End Date on the settings provided (something like, June 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012).
