I do not receive the email notification when user uses my PayPal form

    The form "PayPal" was created using your "Payment Tools." After completing the form the user is taken to PayPal but after completing the form I do not get the email notification. The user is not taken to my custom page, instead the user is left looking at the PayPal transaction complete page with no way out.

    Hello,

    To receive an email notification for a completed Paypal transaction, your Paypal account's IPN needs to point to JotForm's servers.

    By the way, the IPN URL for JotForm is https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    I think some of this may apply to my situation.  I have a simple order form with paypal integration.  Hitting the submit button takes the buyer to paypal just fine and upon completion of their info there they can choose the link to go back to our website.  They then receive the Thank You message I set up in JotForm, but then are stuck there.  No option but to close out. 

    On my end, I am not receiving any notification emails from this form.  In the paypal account I see that under Edit IPN Settings, Do Not Receive IPN Messages is checked and there is no IPN URL given.  Will my problem with the notifications likely be solved if I check to enable Receive IPN Messages and put in the JotForm IPN URL that is given above?

    Secondly, how can I set up my form so that the submitters can navigate out of my Thank You message?
