I would like to do the same. Did you ever get this worked out and actually working?

    Hi there,
No, unfortunately you cannot add your own logic to a form.  However, you could achieve what you want by posting the users submission to your own thank-you page.  You would need to do some programming on the thank-you page to collect and analyze the answers, so it might be worthwhile to hire a developer, but here is how it would work.

    1. Open your form in the form builder and click the Thank You button to set a custom url for your thank you page; this will be the page that gives the user their score - this is where you'll need to do your own programming.

    2. Next click the Preferences button and select the Advanced Settings to turn on Post Data.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
