    Hi,

If I understood well, you need a logo on your notifications.

Please look at the image below:

    And the result is:

    Hello Alex,

Is it possible to have it in the background like that attached?

Yes, it is possible to put background on your form like on the image above.

    Please follow these steps:

Go to BUILD >> in right corner click on Form Designer >> scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ADVANCED DESIGNER.

Then open the BACKGROUND IMAGE and in FORM BACKGROUND (second field) click on the right arrow to upload the image. Than, click on UPLOAD AN IMAGE.
When you do that, uncheck Repeat and check Cover.

See this on the image below:

    Hope this helps.

    Hello ,
No I do not want to put the logo on the form , I already have that done. I wanted to know if that same effect can be done in the email response. Where the logo is the background and the text is on top. Is it that the only design element is a logo to the top or bottom of the page ?
    Thanks

    Look at the following steps:

Go to SETTINGS >> EMAILS >> click on the table and then click on Table Properties:

Then in Table Properties click on Advanced and in Style set your background, example
    background-image('https://pics.freeartbackgrounds.com/midle/Rain_in_the_City_Background-989.jpg');

Then click on SAVE in email content... test your form, and see the result in your mail.

This is the result on my mail:

    Hope this helps.

    Hello ,

For some reason my table properties are greyed out. Any reason why that would be happening ?

To enter table properties, you need to click the table first. As shown below:
