    Hi

Do you plan an Adobe Analytics Integration, so we can use jotform as our survey tool?
Or is it already available? I didn't find anything in the widgets section, but google analytics support.

We need to be able to map the answers to the journeys on our pages (so the sessions must be kept intact.

    thanks

    michael

I'm afraid that we don't have such integration and we didn't have requests for it so far. We could forward this to our backend team for a possible implementation, but please be mindful that such requests depend on how many of them we have from our customers.

Additionally, please check our JotForm analytics: https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/

If you wish to make such request, please get back to us.

    Thank you!

    Hi
Sorry for the delay. I didn't have access to this email for a while, due to a notebook change.
About the integration with Adobe Analytics: I'm not looking for a way to analyse the answers in adobe analytics. What I need is a way to connect a filled survey with the user journey people took on our pages. I see two possible ways to do this:
    1) when I call the form, I can submit an individual ID that will be included in the export of the answers. That way, I can connect the results with a user journey
    2) calling Adobe Analytics after a successful survey (e.g. on the success page) and sending in a survey parameter.
Is this something that can be done already? If not, is this something you will consider?
    Thanks
    michael

    Hello Michael,

We have several option, which I recommend for you to check:

    1) when I call the form, I can submit an individual ID that will be included in the export of the answers. That way, I can connect the results with a user journey

There is an option to add a unique ID to every form submission: How-to-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions

    2) calling Adobe Analytics after a successful survey (e.g. on the success page) and sending in a survey parameter.

Is this something that can be done already? If not, is this something you will consider?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you could use the POST method to forward the submissions data to your custom page: Send-Submission-Data-via-Post-Method-and-Thank-You-Settings

Please take a look at the guides below and let us know if you need further assistance.
