I have created a new form in the folder Jeri Rae. Unfortunately, it is not delivering the email alert to her email address even though it has been correctly configured to go to her email as the recipient. It is only going to my email. Please advise.

Please try to check your form notifications "sender email" and please try to use email@example.com

Also, please make sure to whitelist jotmails IP addresses: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Also, It would be better if you can give us the said form, form URL so we can check it.
