When will the "bugs" we are experiencing be fixed? Any eta?

    It seems many are dealing with the same issues regarding emails not being sent and forms not coming through.  According to a post from your support team you are aware of the issue however no eta or solution was presented.  Any idea as to when we can expect things to be back to where they were?

    Hi Sandra,

    Can you tell us which form of yours is still having this issue? We will check further.

    As mentioned previously by my colleague EduardoMendez, services had been normalized for a while now. So, I could not reproduce the issue on my end.

    Please try closing the browser and do some cache clearing, then log in back to JotForm.

    Update us if issue persist after trying out the suggestions.

    Hi there,
    Closed, cleared everything and it still doesn’t work. We still do not get emails and still goes to blank screen instead of “thank you” screen when submit is clicked.
    Any other suggestions??

    We were informed the issue was resolved, but it might be intermittent , can you please share with us your form's URL?
