When I clone a form and publish it the link shows "Clone of".

When I clone a form and publish it the link shows "Clone of"...... I cant seem to get that out of the title. I went into the settings and change the title for the url for the form but it still shows it when I publish the link.

I have reviewed your last edited forms and can not find the problem one. 

If you are sure about form settings, I can suggest to clear your browser cache to see if it was a cause.

I see that your page title has been correctly entered as advised above.

In addition to clearing your browser cache, clear your form cache so the correct title can show.
