Not able to integrate Google Checkout

    Hi,

    I have made a form which allows donations via google checkout. I have tried attaching my merchant account to this form, however, i am not able to follow the steps of:

    Sign in to Google Checkout. Click the Settings tab. Click Integration. Uncheck in the box beside 'My company will only post digitally signed carts.' Enter this address in "API callback URL" box On the "Callback contents" section, Check "Notification as HTML (name/value pairs)" option Click Save.

     

    As evident in the attached printscreen, i am not able to click "integration" (step 3), as it is not there.

    If you could please advise me on what i could do, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

    We had a temporary access issue earlier, but all services are now available again. Please try again on the form you are having problem earlier.

    Hello I do apologize again for this inconvenience and I don't mean to reiterate but could you please try one more time right now by removing the integration and readding it if you already had it connected partly? I believe this problem may have been related to some of the features not working during slight server slowdowns so please let us know so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible for you.

    Thanks for your reply. I am setting up this form from scratch, so it was never connected to an integration in the past.

    I apologize for the misunderstanding, Please try that then with the new form you're making from scatch and then let us know if it is continuing.

    That's fine. I tried it again, however the same issue is occuring. There is no "Integration" word/button in my Google Checkout display, so i am not able to follow the steps of integrating it into the form.

    I am not sure I get your inquiry correctly(do correct me if wrong), but when I checked the form on your website, I found that it already had Google checkout setup.

    Just to be sure, the screen below shows how to add the google checkout field from the payment tools.

    That is correct. However when i sign onto the Google Checkout account, there is no button/word for me to click on that says "Integration" as step number 3 asks me to do. The print screen i provided shows you this.

     

    So i am not sure how to continue with the integration if i am not able to perform step number 3.

    Thank you for the details. 

    I could not replicate Step# 3 myself, so, I will have this issue elevated instead to our Next Level support for immediate attention and fix.

    You sent the screenshot of the Coupons page. Can you click on the Settings tab and then send the screenhot of that page? You must see an Integrations option there on the left navigation.

    As you can see, the "Integrations" option is not available.

    Can you try contacting the google support and asking for the reason for the difference?

    Yes, that is what it should look like. Google has not replied to my enquiries (after 4 days) and they do not have a number which i can call. What do you suggest i do?

     

    Is there any other way i can quickly set up a payment method online besides Paypal and Google Checkout?

    Hi,

    There are other existing payment methods you can use. Check about them on this article Payment-Forms-Basics . The latest addition is Stripe.

    Stripe is not available in Australia yet. But, we have other options you can see on the Payment Tools.
