Hello Harpinder,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see you regularly fill out a form called NSW Timesheet. You're not receiving Notification Emails because your email is in the bounce list. There are several reasons for an email to be added to the bounce list, such as the email may be non-existent or inactive, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list. But, I went ahead and removed your email address from the bounce list.

Hello Harpinder,
I have successfully removed the email address from our Bounce List. Please check if you are able to receive email notifications on this email account. I suggest Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to help prevent this issue. You can also check out this guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
