Can form data be passed from one for to another?

Want to  have two form fields that auto-populate the larger for that opens up?

It is possible to pass form values from one form to another:

This would allow for collecting the two values in the first form, then redirecting to the second form with the values pre-filled. 

Yes its possible but its quite difficult.

1) You can create your small form in HTML.

2) Then create a lightbox form.

3) When the small form is submitted you can populate the lightbox form with the submitted data.
