Change my username

how do I change my username? 

We can change your username, before we do that, note the following :

-Custom URLs names (ie: http://www.jotform.com/lalicari/myform ) will not work once we change the account username. 

-However, direct form links like http://www.jotformeu.com/form/81526169444158 will be fine.

- Please provide alternate names in case the proposed username is not available.
