Is there a way to lower the image resolution when submitting over cellular network?

I have a form that uploads photos.  Since this can be a big payload to submit over a cellular network, is there a way to delay submission until the mobile device has attained a wifi signal?

Short of that, do you know of a control or widget that will convert the selected photo to a lower resolution?

I'm sorry, but we do not have such feature. You may consider asking users first to take the photo using their camera, look for Wifi connection before filling and uploading the images. 

You can use our widget such as uploadcare which has the option to crop photos, but you'll get the photos cropped from the form.
