i configuratated my form to recieve a notification by mail after submission however once i had submission no mail recieved (automatically)

Your mail log shows that the submission has been successfuly submitted/sent to your email address email@example.com.

Have you checked already your email spam folder? Can you please whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses?
