i had a submission but did not recieved email alert for it

    i configuratated my form to recieve a notification by mail after submission however once i had submission no mail recieved (automatically)

    Your mail log shows that the submission has been successfuly submitted/sent to your email address eshop@ispot.pf.

    Have you checked already your email spam folder? Can you please whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses?

    thank you for your prompt reply, i looked in spam and trash no trace of the
    mail, i use gmail on this domain
