When I try to integrate Highrise and Jotform I don't get a dropdown menu as shown on the tutorial.
This is what I get instead:
I have already tried different browsers with clear caches.

The reason for that is because you have a blank form. How can you map fields to your Highrise account if there are no form fields in the first place?
Add form fields that correspond to those in your Highrise account, using the JotForm tools available. Afterwards, integrate your form to Highrise and you should be able to map those fields correspondingly.
