    I am looking for a tool to make an online registration for an exhibition. Can I send (automatically) with JotForm the registration as a pdf to the person that filled out the registration as a confirmation they can print out?

    Hi,

    Yes, that's possible with Jotform. Just please paste this link;

    https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id} when setting up your form notifications

    Check this thread:

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks, the PDF link works.... but the PDF ist a kind of a list.

    Is it possible to creat a "formated" PDF that looks the same as the form?

    I created a form with some field in one line (e.g. adress) to save space on the printout. If I use the PrintForm-Button or the CreatPDF-Form Button (MyForms / More) the PDF looks that way I need a printout.

    - Yes, that's how the guide given works. It is a list of data that the user submitted from your form.

    - A formatted PDF form with the answers/output of what you users submitted is something NOT possible at the moment nor I don't know if our developer will consider this, hopefully they can.

    - You can create a PDF form but you CANT use it as an output.

    I hope this explain further the difference. Thank you.
