I have a form for which I am unable to change the content of the title bar.

    I have created a form and the title bar of the same shows an irrelevant description of the form. Please help me change it to the name of the form ie. Shell Candidate Registration Form

    Additionally please guise me how to do the same on my end.

    I have cloned your form and checked.

    Title just our form's title/name , not showing web page's title. 


    Please follow this steps to edit page's title,

    Step 1 - Go to 'Settings' -> 'Form Setting' -> ' Show More Option'
